The Neil Gorsuch Library

a project of Codex Publicus

This library collects the opinions Neil Gorsuch has written as a judge, on the Supreme Court and before that on the Tenth Circuit. Where I hold the court's copy of an opinion, its text is taken from that copy and tied to it by page and character position, so you can check any passage you read here against the page it came from.

The 5 publications of his in the library each have a catalog record, and a link to find a copy where one exists. Each also has a short excerpt. The publications page lists them.

The library picks up where the University of Virginia Law Library's Neil Gorsuch Project left off. That site is gone, and survives only in Wayback Machine captures.

What the library holds

I haven't built the coverage report yet: I haven't reconciled the library against the lists I count it against, and there are no numbers to show.
